	Teddy Linenfelser - IsledeGrande.Com Editor Teddy came on board in October of 2000. She creates and maintains our "Online News". She is the Town Historian and an islander to the core. 	Josh Lange - Our "Tech Guy" Josh maintains our four servers and always seems upbeat when we approach him about our catastrophic computer problems, most of which he knows, we created. Technically very sharp and always ready to try new ideas, Josh plays a critical role in deSignet's and IsledeGrande's web presence. He makes all of this possible!
	Dan McMahon - Advertising Dan has been in charge of advertising since 2002. It started as a struggle but with the hit count growing, the advertisers are finally seeing the potential.
	Jodi Robinson - Website Developer Jodi started in 2001 as a novice and today she creates and maintains many of our hosted sites. She enjoys a challenge and learning new techniques. Her best talent is that she is always ready to help . . . and wears many hats.
	Chip Schopp Software Developer Chip has been helping us with our database management systems for many years. He has created many of the programs that make our systems run smoothly. It is one of those things that are critical to making things happen. Chip also runs his own software development company Pondview Software and plays a little bass trombone. Chip lives in Bolton, Massachusetts.
	Kim Schopp Kim is responsible for domain registration, and search engine optimization in addition to website updating and managing our eBay store. Although her primary role is managing the 45+ domains of raru, she is ready help out with our GIECOM clients. Like most of our staff she started with HTML basics and understands how the code works. 	Reg M. Schopp - Marketing Consultant Reg's primary role is managing deSignet International, the offshoot of his grandfather's jewelry business. In his college years computer programming was fun, and now writing HTML is just another way for him to show off the wonderful product deSignet creates. Reg is a Islander through and through and started Isledegrande.com in 1997 to give Grand Island a global presence. First by connecting hundreds of old friends with it's Email Directory and Grad List, now offering Islanders near and far with three times the news, three times the readership, Reg has accomplished his dream. Oh, and of course a method to share the thousands of products deSignet makes. For the record, raru.com sells product all over the world. deSignet's jewelry staff includes three deSigners, eight goldsmiths, a graphic deSigner, and four very talented Sales Associates, responding to calls and orders from all over the world. Our first customer of the year is in Korea and the first call of the second day was an order from Japan. If you have product that might sell globally Reg's advice might just be the key.
